Please have the following information before setting up the device.

Apple ID Email
Apple ID password
Sunbelt Username
Sunbelt Network Password
Apple id email can be found in your existing phone under settings > your name at the top > sign in and security.
The Apple ID password can be reset in sign in and Security section.
